The Last Weekend in April 2012

This weekend started with some bad stuffs. Woke up 7a.m. in the morning for the earliest 8.30a.m. class. Went home straight after the classes ended at 12p.m. Was kinda emo because think of a dream. Dreamt a person that I shouldn't dreamt, first thing after I on my laptop was to get a person to talk to to distract my attention. Mum received a call then saying that her cousin bro just passed away because of cancer. Young as only 40+, kids still small, how sad it is~ Why is human's life so fragile!!

Flu invaded again in the noon. Having sore throat as well. Perhaps because of the nuggets and fries I had last week. Took medicine and went to sleep after that. Papa didn't go for work due to restaurant closed because of Bersih 3.0. I was like be sunk in sleep, alarm couldn't wake me up like I had some sleeping pills. Medicine strong till I've slept from 4p.m. to 1a.m.. Was feeling so hungry after the sleep but due to sore throat I couldn't eat anything hot and heaty. Had a glass of honey juice and some biscuit but couldn't eat more. Continued my sleep after 2 hours.

Fall sick last Tuesday, virus went around the office and I became the victim. Went to see doctor half way working, but I didn't ask for MC. After the medicine I feel better, and I got to go back home at 6p.m. sharp!! Perhaps the medicine too strong, the next day I've fully recovered. I tell my boss, don't know where the virus gone already.

Was thinking about the same question since last time. Why do some people talk without thinking in deep, and when they turned and walked away, how would the other feels?? Dead people maybe have lots to tell their beloved but living people can just ignore how other feels. There are people leaving everyday but you wouldn't know what's happening the next day. You can don't even care about the person but please don't let the person leave with repentant. 

No idea I've sealed off my feelings, firewall set when I'm out of work. I'm lost to nowhere. Think of some words that you said to me, it does make me happy. But it passed means passed. I'm kind of stubborn that still don't know how to leave it all behind. 

The Week Without Mum @ Home

Mum went for travel to China with aunt and her friends for a week, coming back on today actually but she called back this afternoon and says that no flight today so will only back on tomorrow. During the whole week without mum, we all have to eat ourselves. Tapao dinner for lil bro and myself after work, otherwise cook noodle instead of tapao.

Starwood has a newsletter with blog entries about sales in every Starwood hotels. Lucky to join the photoshoot together with the winning manager, other colleagues as well as the Hotel Manager and the GM. 

My department has earned some incentives for 3K plus thus we are planning for an outing at the end of May. Not sure where we going yet but this gonna be my first outing with my colleagues, sure it will be an exciting and fun trip;) Like to go travel with a bunch of people, I wish someday I could afford to go travel to Europe with my family.

Had a dream last night which was about I'm going to get married, but with a person that I don't know. In reality, I believe I wouldn't do such thing cuz I'm a stubborn and persistence person in relationship, like means like and so opposite. However it's just a dream. But I've checked with Uncle Google, the dream is a good sign for my career. So no worries la~

Finished the Hong Kong drama 'Yes Sir Sorry Sir' on PPS without waiting Astro Wah Lai Toi. Cuz the drama will be ended at 10.30p.m. and I can't wait till 10.30p.m. sometimes and have to go to bed earlier, so I chose to finish it on PPS. Kinda sympathize on Ms. Koo's (Linda Chung) situation cuz she is really innocent, to be cheated in her relationship by Lo Sir (Moses Chan) to complete his mission by arrested her brother in law who doing illegal business. Like Linda Chung's drama as well, I'm always her drama's supporter. The end of the story is not too bad, but it doesn't justify very clear in their relationships what I expected. Linda's character in the drama is a cool person, but love able to make her heart melted and fell into Moses. As what people say normally, love is blind. For me, love makes people's heart blind. And that's why she hurts a lot by who she loved most. That's pain most in an relationship. 

Oh yeah, I was talking bout to write a food review about the lunch I had in my hotel's restaurant. The blog will be delayed due to some reasons. Stay tuned and you will get to see what nice food I had:)

Sleepless Weekend

Another weekend again~Hey guys & girls, how's your weekend?

It's the 4th week, stepping into a month. So far I'm still happy with my job, mixed well with my colleagues makes me feel like I've joined one year. Choosing a right job is important as you will feel happy from morning till evening, reached home you still can smile till end of the day, like this at least you pass the day happily, everyday. Life is too short as we won't know what's gonna happen tomorrow, so......treat yourself good, and treasure whatever in your life.

Last week was a sleepless weekend for me, as I did not really sleep much till noon. Saturday woke up early for 10.00a.m. class and didn't take nap in the noon. Slept in middle of the night and woke up early morning to go shopping in Sunway Pyramid with mum & sis. After shopping went lunch with cousins in Subang for seafood. Owh it's been a long time I don't really eat crab, cuz I'm a super lazy person. But the crab looks yummy enough to make me forget about my laziness......

Ta-da!

Wednesday was a public holiday, and I was planning to bring mum for a movie the day before. Wanted to make ticket booking online but it's not available anymore. Went to Mid Valley in the early morning, there was already a long queue lining up for movie tickets. Cousin sis went there early before 10.00a.m. to queue for the tickets but too bad, the tickets were sold out around 11.00a.m..So we just continue shopping till lunch time, then had our lunch at Madam Kwan. Such a long time I don't dine in in Madam Kwan, and I miss the Salted Fish Fried Rice very much! I ordered it and of course with NO VEGE haha...

Madam Kwan famous with their Nasi Lemak, but I prefer this Salted Fish Fried Rice with NO VEGE more...LOL

Was so tired after back from shopping, would consider to watch the movie at 8.45p.m. if I don't need to work on the next day......

Chat with an ex-colleague a.k.a old friend last night, a sweet girl who was hired through me when I was in JWM. Was so surprised when she told me that she did read my blog! And I never knew she misses me so much! Awwww I'm so touched......Dear Pei Jing, this line is quite hard to survive if you don't have passion on it, but I believe you will get to find a job which you like and happy to work on it. Gambateh and all the best to both of us, and do keep in touch, I would like to have a date and chit chat with you someday;)

Sometimes I do miss some old friends in JWM, glad to meet all of you and you guys brought wonderful colors to my life. I'm a sentimental person, and always live in the past. I won't forget whoever had fun time with me, you guys have became part of the stories in my life.

This morning almost overslept, was too tired last night. Promised my 3 cuties to give them a gift as their reward for study well in the class last week. Bought 3 little cute notepads for them, the purpose is I wish them to utilize it in a good way, it's actually for them to write down what they've learnt in my class. And I'm happy to see them keep holding the notepad, especially Chloe. She keeps flipping the notepad and tells me it's so cute, 3 of them like the notepad very much. A smile on my face when I see a smile on their faces:) An accomplishment smile!

This week actually nothing much for me, will be staying at home and not going anywhere as I'm tired and lazy this week. Mum also going for travel tomorrow and come back next week. Whole week I have to 'eat myself'. Save my energy and enjoy my weekend with tv and laptop. So far don't have any plan yet for next weekend, perhaps will be staying at home again......

Steamboat Night @ Sri Petaling + Happy Easter!

Hi~I'm here again after a week:)

Time flies as I've worked in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur for 3 weeks. Some people who knows that I've moved did care and ask about how is my new working place, new work and etc. Thanks for concern, I'm good and happy. People around are nice and friendly, I'm doing fine with my new job as well. And I met two of them who used to worked in the same hotel with me before. Kenjoe Loh, who had his training in Equatorial Kuala Lumpur with me last year; Jasmi, the bellman who used to work in Grand Seasons Kuala Lumpur when I was in training for diploma in year 2008. Meeting back old friends makes me feel good:)

Woke up early for 10.00a.m. class yesterday morning, and finally get to see them after 2 weeks! They are my cute students ~xoxo~

The person who taking care of the centre tells me that the kids miss me cuz did not see me for 2 weeks. Awww I feel so surprised! Happy to see them back, they still have lots story to tell. 

Went steamboat for dinner @ Harbour Steamboat, Sri Petaling with my dear sis Sabrina & Colie, as well as my Finance lecturer Mr Wong, as this planned earlier and suggested by Mr Wong. He says once you tried their steamboat, you won't get other better than this. Saw some good reviews online too so we decided to have it. It was fully booked for 8.00p.m. so we booked the seat for 9.00p.m.. Reached there around 8.50p.m., order first before we got the table. It's not in buffet style so consider quite pricey as they calculate by per dishes. End up 4 of us paid RM200+ for the total of the bill. Conclusion: Not bad still, I like the herbal soup base most. *drooling* (And I ate quite a lot pork liver actually@.@) Well, will bring my family there for a try since it's so popular. *Special thanks to Mr Wong for bringing us for nice food*

A Busy Saturday Morning

Bonjour! It's another weekend again~

Well well well, I was quite busy yesterday in the morning. Woke up in the early morning to go for body check. Lil sis accompanied me to the panel clinic for Le Meridien KL @ Capsquare Mall behind Sheraton Imperial KL, was lost to nowhere cuz we did not know where the actual location is...Finally found the clinic after asking few people nearby there. Spent about an hour plus to finish up the whole body check, owh my bloody blood test was luckily just simply a jab on my finger to get a lil bit of my blood. Ok fine, I was thinking and worried too much lol.

Alrite, rush to Taylors right after done my body check. Paid my graduation fee, and had lunch with sista @ The V after that. After lunch we were thinking to have some desserts, then we realized it's 31st, and Baskin Robbins is just one more floor up, so we decided to have ice-cream @ Baskin Robbins after our lunch...And we ordered this!

I'm back to Taylor's after a year!

A lot of new shops opened @ commercial block there, forgotten there is a Chatime over there. Too bad we were too full after Baskin Robbins, otherwise I'll have Chatime instead of Baskin Robbins ice cream. Fine, left Taylors after that and went to Plaza Damas @ Hartamas for grocery shopping again. When we reached home it was about to evening.

Was thinking to join a friend's outing but unfortunately got flu suddenly. Aiyo~just done body check why laa now only got flu??? So sorry to ffk. Let's plan again for next outing ok?

Alrite~Another topic about my work. Joined Le Meridien for 2 weeks time already, able to pick up tasks so far but still slow:( I know I couldn't be an expert in just 2 weeks time, but I just want to finish work early by 6pm so I can go home on time. Still have to be more careful about the details to be changed in the contract and proposals, otherwise I would have to change and change again, wasted my time. At the moment, still able to leave home latest about 7.30pm. 

I joined the orientation on the 2nd week Monday, and of course got to have lunch @ the all day dining restaurant - Latest Recipe. It's served with buffet style, all the food were look nice to eat but too bad, cuz I would never get to taste all of them. I was lucky to taste Carbonara prepared by the Executive Chef - Chef Antoine. He's funny when cooking my Carbonara, put his hand into his pocket and take out acting like putting something into my Carbonara but actually was nothing. I asked what he added inside, he says that's his latest recipe. After the Carbonara I was able to taste some sushi, very fresh oyster with lemon juice, as well as desserts like marshmallow with chocolate!! Was too full after the lunch, too bad still unable to taste all the food in Latest Recipe. Will get chance to dine in there again for 50% staff discount hehehe!

Next one, I met the Director of Training - Mr Azlin from Sheraton Imperial KL in Le Meridien KL on Thursday morning, and he still remember me after 3 years plus! Had a short conversation with him in the training room, and he told me left him and another HR Exec - Cheng Yee are still there since I left, the rest are new. Well I told him I went thru a big round and finally I'm back to Starwood. Good that finally I'm with Starwood, hotel line is really a small industry, what I mean here is when people asks where are you from previously, they will know the story when you mention your boss's name(If they know). Errr, I mean nothing. 

Alrite! It's middle of the night now, I got flu and I should rest early but just to update this blog. Gonna off to bed and it's April Fool today! Nothing special on this day, just make sure won't be fooled by someone else....Happy April Fool!!
